The Hon. Prime Minister and Minister of Policy Planning, Economic Affairs, Child, Youth and Cultural Affairs presented the Bill entitled “Nineteenth Amendment to the Constitution” to amend the Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the 24th of March.
