The Hon. Karu Jayasuriya the Speaker of Parliament awarded the certificates to the group of Members of Parliament on the 3rd of April 2019 who successfully completed the English Language Training Programme conducted by the British Council. This training programme is funded by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD).
