A programme to take the ‘April Pledge’ aiming at creating a ‘Drug-Free Country’ was held near the main entrance of Parliament today under the patronage of Deputy Speaker, Hon. J. M. Ananda Kumarasiri.

Deputy Chairperson of Committees Hon. Selvam Adaikkalanathan, Secretary General of Parliament Mr Dhammika Dasanayake, Deputy Secretary General of Parliament, Assistant Secretaries-General of Parliament, Department Heads and staff of the parliament secretariat attended the event.
