Hon. Kins Nelson,— To ask the Minister of Health and Mass Media,— (1)

(a) Will he inform this House —

(i) of the number of patients who received treatments at outpatient departments of government hospitals in each of the years from 2015 up until now, separately;

(ii) of the amounts spent on developing outpatient departments of government hospitals in each of the years during the period referred to above, separately;

(iii) whether he accepts that the outpatient departments make a significant contribution towards achieving a high level in terms of health indicators in Sri Lanka; and

(iv) of the measures that will be taken for developing that aspect  further?

(b) If not why?
