Hon. (Mrs.) Chamindranee Kiriella, Attorney at Law,—To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education,— (1)

(a) Will she inform this House of the —

(i) number of projects that were launched in government schools in the Central Province under the project named ‘Nearest School - Best School’;

(ii) number of those out of the aforesaid projects that have been completed and the number of those that have not been completed, separately; and

(iii) measures that will be taken to expeditiously complete the projects that have not been completed yet?

(b) If not, why?
