Hon. (Mrs.) Chamindranee Kiriella, Attorney at Law,— To ask the Minister of Health and Mass Media,— (1)

(a) Will he inform this House —

(i) of the objectives behind the establishment of the National Health Development Fund;

(ii) of the amount of money that has been received as donations by the said Fund from the year 2015 up to now;

(iii) of the projects that were implemented under the said Fund;

(iv) whether he is aware that the National Audit Report  has stated that the money received as donations to the said Fund has been used for purposes outside the objectives of the said Fund; and

(v) ​​if so, of the measures that will be taken in that regard?

(b) If not, why?
