Hon. Dewananda Suraweera,— To ask the Minister of Health and Mass Media,— (1)  

(a) Will he inform this House whether —

(i) he is aware that the case No. SC FR 55/2019 dated 13^th February 2019 filed before the Supreme Court by petitioner Muthuthanthrige Nilanka Dilshan Cooray and four other petitioners against the Ministry of Health has been settled before the said parties;

(ii) the 1^st petitioner has been admitted to study the Ayurveda Shastri course in the year 2019, as per the settlement concerned;

(iii) the petitioners numbers 2 to 5 have taken and completed their examinations; and

(iv) steps have been taken as of now by the Department of Ayurveda to commence the Ayurveda Shastri course?

(b) If not, why?
