PARLIAMENT

The Speaker Hon. Mahinda Yapa Abeywardana announced to the House today (Nov. 19) that the following Members have been nominated by the Committee of Selection to serve in the Committee on Public Accounts, Committee on Public Enterprises and the Committee on Public Finance.

Accordingly, Hon. Prasanna Ranaweera and Hon. Velu Kumar has been appointed to the Committee on Public Accounts.

Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara and Hon. (Major) Sudarshana Denipitiya has been appointed to the Committee on Public Enterprises.

Furthermore, the Hon. Speaker announce that Hon. (Dr.) Nalaka Godahewa and Hon. U. K. Sumith Udukumbura has been appointed to the Committee on Public Finance.
