Presentation of Bills

Employees’ Provident Fund (Amendment)

The Hon. Minister of Labour and Labour Relations moved a Bill to amend the Employees’ Provident Fund Act, No. 15 of 1958.


The Hon. (Miss) Kamala Ranathunga was granted leave to introduce the Bill, entitled "Headang Education Foundation (Incorporation)".


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1700 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Wednesday 23rd February 2011.
