Presentation of Bills

Civil Aviation

The Hon. Maithripala Sirisena on behalf of the Hon. Prime Minister, Minister of Buddha Sasana and Religious Affairs moved a Bill to make provision for the regulation, control and related matters of civil aviation; to give effect to the convention on international civil aviation and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.


Motion at the Adjournment Time

Motion at the Adjournment time on "Flies Menace in the Districts of Matara & Ratnapura" was moved by the Hon. Buddhika Pathirana.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1635 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Tuesday 5th October 2010.
