Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution Bill

The Second Reading of the Bill was passed by the House after having taken a division under Standing Order No. 43 (161 in favour; 17 against)

The Third Reading of the Bill was passed by the House with amendments, with a majority of two-thirds. A Division was taken under Standing Order No. 42 (1) (161 in favour; 17 against; 46 absent).


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1942 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Thursday 9th September 2010.
