The Privilege motion that the question of privilege arising out of the matter raised by the Hon. Leader of the House of Parliament, was referred to the Committee on Ethics and Privileges in terms of the provisions of Standing Order 118 of the Parliament.

Appropriation Bill (2024) - Second Reading (Adjourned Debate) (appearing as Item No. 1 of today’s Order Paper)
Today is the Seventh Allotted Day on the Second Reading Debate of the Appropriation Bill (2024).
Second Reading of the Appropriation Bill (2024) was passed by the House. Division was taken. 122 were in favour while 77 were against it.
The Appropriation Bill (2024) was referred to the Committee of the whole Parliament.
The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1813 Hrs. until 0930 Hrs. on Wednesday 22nd November 2023.
