The Hon. Basil Rohana Rajapaksa, Minister of Finance delivered the ‘Budget Speech (2022)’ at 2.00 p.m.


Announcement by the Speaker

That all amendments to be moved during the Committee Stage in respect of the Appropriation Bill 2022 should be handed over to the Secretary-General of Parliament on or before 3.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 17th November, 2021.


Thereafter, the Second Reading Debate on the Appropriation Bill (2022) was adjourned at 1637 Hrs. until 0930 Hrs. on Saturday 13th November 2021.
