Hon. Manjula Suraweera Arachchi,—To ask the Minister of Plantation and Community  Infrastructure,— (1)

(a) Will he inform this House—

(i) whether the Saumyamoorthi Thondaman Memorial Foundation is an institution which has been incorporated by an Act of Parliament;

(ii) of the number of members of its staff;

(iii) of the assets owned by the above foundation;

(iv) of the amount allocated to that Foundation by the Budget from 2020 to 2024 for each year separately; and

(v) whether that foundation has been subjected to  an audit during the period referred to above?

(b) If not, why?
