Hon. Ravindra Bandara,— Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Land and    Irrigation,—(2)

(a) Will he inform this House of the —

(i) total area of lands belonging to the Land Reforms Commission situated in Haputale Divisional Secretariat Division and Haldummulla Divisional Secretariat Division in hectares;

(ii) extent of the said lands as per their Grama Niladhari Divisions, separately in hectares;

(iii) extent of lands out of the lands concerned have been given to second parties in hectares; and

(iv) name of each of the said second party, the location of the land thus granted to each such party and the basis on which the land has been granted to each person, separately?

(b) Will he also inform this House of the—

(i) places where lands belonged to the state but, do not belong to the Land Reforms Commission are located in the divisional secretariat divisions named above and the extents of lands located in each such place, separately in  hectares;

(ii) extent of agricultural lands that have been identified in the above-named Divisional Secretariat Divisions in hectares; and

(iii) extent that has been cultivated out of the agricultural lands concerned, in hectares?

(c) If not, why?
