Hon. Ravindra Bandara,—To ask the Minister of Energy,— (1)

(a) Will he inform this House of the—

(i) number of electricity power stations that have been added to the national grid since 2019 up to now and their names of those power stations;

(ii) volume of electricity is expected to be generated by each such electricity power station and the volume of electricity that is generated by each at present, separately;

(iii) number of the electricity power stations referred to above are driven with renewable energy;

(iv) names of those power stations are; and

(v) volume of electricity is generated from each such electricity power station, separately?

(b) Will he also inform this House of the—

(i) plans that have been put in place for the expansion of the national power grid in the next two years; and

(ii) plans for the expansion of renewable energy are?

(c) If not, why?
