Main Business of the House for Today

The following Items (appearing as Item Nos. 1 and 2 of today’s Order Paper) were passed by the House.:-

(i)    Select Committee of Parliament to investigate into incidents of infringe of privileges of the Members of Parliament and of the Parliament and to make suitable recommendations in that regard
(ii)    Select Committee of Parliament to make suitable recommendations over the expansion of higher education opportunities in Sri Lanka


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1457 Hrs. until 0930 Hrs. on Thursday 5th January 2023.
