(ii) The Report of the Ministerial Consultative Committee on Power & Energy was presented by the Hon. Kanchana Wijesekera, the Chair of the Committee.

Ministerial Statements

Main Business of the House for Today
The following Items (appearing as Item Nos. 1 and 2 of today’s Order Paper) were approved by the House:-
(i) Sri Lanka Electricity (Amendment) Bill - Division was taken at the Second Reading (120 in favour; 36 against; 13 abstain)
(ii) Regulations under the Petroleum Resources Act

Motion at the Adjournment Time
